Notice To Patients Regarding COVID-19
Dear Valued Patients,
As the global community continues to tackle COVID-19 (coronavirus), we would like to reassure you, that we stand ready to continue to meet your optical needs and provide you with the quality care you deserve.
We are committed to keeping our patients, staff, and community safe by introducing new safeguards and continuing infection control protocols as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which include:
• Limiting the number of staff on duty and installing barriers between work spaces. All staff has body temperatures taken and logged before their shift and have attended a specialized COVID-19 training seminar.
• Sanitizing all surfaces and equipment between patients and throughout the day & providing hand sanitizer for patients to use upon entering & exiting our office. Sink areas and sanitizers are also located in areas of special need, such as the contact lens work area and frame room.
•Limiting visitors to only one, if possible, and maintaining a mandatory 6 feet of distance between patients and staff. Use of masks/gloves is also required at this time for visitors and staff.
•Also, if you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please call us prior to entering the office.
